Upon completion of this course, a student will be able to:

Apply effective writing and formatting techniques to the composition of professional e-mails, inter-office memos, business letters, proposals, and reports. Understand the steps to prepare for a successful job search and interview and develop a strategically planned, customized resume. Learn effective techniques for creating and presenting oral reports. Develop an awareness of business etiquette, ethics, and the relationship between professional and ethical behavior on the job. Use effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
