This course is a survey of common small, medium, and enterprise business servers and services. Students will develop basic competency with services terminology, interfaces, and some functionality, Services covered will be determined by recent market demand and popularity, and may include (but is not limited to): E-Mail services, collaboration services, database services, telephony services, process and workflow management services, learning mangement services, documentation services, and virtualization services. Prerequisite: CISS 233.
