The activity will be negotiated with each student individually and will be directed toward individual portfolio enhancement. IV. Student Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of this course, a student will be able to:

  • Create an assortment of artifacts to produce a professional, comprehensive portfolio to secure gainful employment.
  • Research digital media techniques/trends and utilize them in the student’s own work.
  • Apply concepts, techniques, and hands-on skills learned in the digital media program to employment situations.
  • Organize and schedule multiple projects at once.
  • Create specific digital media artifacts in one hour or less.
  • Evaluate, critique, and modify digital media artifacts.
  • Evaluate their own performance in the following areas: timeliness, graphic design quality, attendance, participation, and resiliency when faced with challenges.
