Students will learn the theory of MIG and the techniques needed to properly set up and use GMAW and FCAW welding equipment safely. Students will weld the common joints found in the welding industry, in all positions, using solid and flux cored wires.

  • Understand the process and requirements related to MIG certification with the American Welding Society.
