AGRI 287 Collegiate Judging Experience
This variable credit course is for students intending to compete for CSI in the NACTA (North American Colleges and Teachers of Agriculture) Judging Conference attended each spring. Students competing in the conference are not required to enroll in the course but are welcome to if they want their judging experience to be reflected on their transcript. Students can choose to sign up for 1 or 2 credits (depending on student need, and number of contests the student will participate in). The course can be repeated once for a maximum of 4 credits if desired. Note, this is an elective course that is not a program requirement for any agriculture degree programs but may be used as a program elective in certain degree programs. Check with the course instructor or department chair for further information.
