This course is designed to familiarize technicians with office procedures/management, record keeping, veterinary computer applications, telephone techniques and legal aspects of veterinary practice. Emphasis will be on computer components and the practical application of the Microsoft Office suite. It will also introduce the student to Vetspire, a common veterinary client service software program.
