		In this course students will continue to become proficient in the food processing area.  Students will work on projects provided by industry or created within the CSI food processing facility. 
	 
		IV. Student Learning Outcomes
	
		Upon completion of this course, a student will be able to: 
			- Use previous coursework and prior experience to complete projects related to food manufacturing.
 
		V. Topical Outline (Course Content)
	
		A.      Course content is highly adaptable based on the specific interest level of the student.  Students will work on projects either in the CSI lab or at their workplace. 
B.      Projects must relate to the student learning outcomes of the BAS program.  At the beginning of the semester the student and instructor will meet to determine a plan of activities including time frame and resources needed.  Routine follow-ups between student and instructor and work supervisor (if applicable) will occur to ensure continued progress.
