This course provides students in the Hospitality program an opportunity to apply skills learned in the classroom and gain additional skills and knowledge in an occupational setting. Students must complete 135 hours of approved activities at an instructor approved business/organization site.

Upon completion of this course, a student will be able to:
- Demonstrate effective use of time and completion of required hours.

Throughout the internship, students will
Complete weekly communication with CSI Program Coordinator.
Be punctual and professional at all times--weekly timesheets must be signed by the internship supervisor and the student; which must be turned in weekly.
Review goals and receive feedback from the internship supervisor and college program manager.
Complete a reflective journal discussing what the student has learned and accomplished during the internship.
Final interview with supervisor.
Final interview with college program manager.
