Application Requirements: Degree-Seeking Students
1. Students who intend to earn a degree from CSI must have completed high school or equivalent (homeschool, GED or HSE) or be 19 years of age or older at the time of enrollment. To be eligible for federal financial aid, students must have completed high school or equivalent.
2. Submit a completed application for admission.
3. Meet with an enrollment specialist for first semester advising and registration.
4. If requested, provide proof of high school completion or equivalent.
a. Students who apply for financial aid or limited programs should submit their high school transcript or GED certificate to the Admissions Office.
5. Transfer students must submit official college transcript (s) from all colleges attended to receive credit for previously earned or completed work. Students who apply for federal financial aid are required to submit all official college transcripts.
