HACT 242 Advanced Men’s & Women’s Cross-Country 1

This course awards one credit hour to students who have completed Cross Country 1 and 2 and continue to participate in intercollegiate competitive soccer. Building on foundational skills, students will focus on advanced techniques, competitive strategy, and leadership development. Through practices, competitions, and team activities, they will further refine their athletic abilities and contribute to the team’s performance in competition.
