			- Identify and describe the key components and challenges of total quality management (TQM) and understand how organizations approach TQM deployment.
- Differentiate between quality assurance and quality control.
- Explain the concept of a global supply chain and the impact of blockchain technology on global supply chains.
- Apply simple moving average and exponential smoothing models.
- Demonstrate problem-solving with the use of quality controls to assess an organization’s operational paradigm.
