		Upon completion of this course, a student will be able to: 
			- Describe the need for and demonstrate how to safely restraint multiple animal species.
- Recognize and describe the techniques used in patient assessment, intervention and documentation.
- Describe and demonstrate proficiency in physical examination, SOAP composition and MAOR construction.
- Understand and demonstrate proficiency exotic and orphaned animal care.
